Safer Space Policy

🚨 If you bring a guest that doesn't abide by our Safer Space Policy, or if you don't abide by our Safer Space Policy, you and your guest will be banned. Please confirm that you have shared the following with your guest:

We want Research to be a comfortable, safe place for everyone.

The following are not allowed…

  • Non-Consensual Touching
  • Racist, Homophobic, Transphobic, Sexist or other Discriminatory Language
  • Leering / Gawking / Creepy Staring
  • Weapons or Violence or any type of threatening behavior
  • Ignoring signage regarding restricted areas + vandalizing the space

Also…

  • Please be conscious of other people's space.
  • Pace yourself and know your limits. It's a marathon, not a sprint. Stay hydrated.
  • For the sake of the vibe, 📵 don't use your phone or take pictures on/around the dance floor. Try to keep chatter to a minimum on the dance floor as well. There are plenty of places to hang out and chat.
  • If you think it's kosher to ask the DJ for a song request, you're in the wrong place. 👽
  • "Shrek 5" is the door code.
  • Leave glow toys at home. Jesus, I can't believe we're saying this. This happened once, so that's why we're putting it down here.
